November 4th: National day of action against prisons and prisoner solidarity. Demonstrations were organised by anarchist, antiautoritarian and autonomous collectives in Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion (Crete), Larissa, Volos, Patras, Komotini. The police attacked the Athens demonstration with tear gas and paintballs(http://athens.indymedia.org/front.php3?lang=el&article_id=788733), but the protestors stroke back and three policemen were heavily injured.
