Demonstrators throw paint against police station (Athens, 8/4/2008)

After a microphonics intervention organized by the Libertarian Infoshop "Pikrodafni" at Brahami, Athens, after certain publications enlightening the police surveillance on self-managed spaces and militants, more than 200 persons started a demonstration towards the local police station of Dafni, where some of them threw symbolically red paints. The door guard threw a bang-flashlight grenade against them, and riot policemen surrounded the protesters, and went after them even inside the subway trains, but didn't manage to dismantle the bloc.

It's worth to notice that the mass-media renamed this demonstration to a sudden attack carried out by 10 motorbike drivers...
