Clashes errupted when dozens of student and non-students tried to occupy Venetokleio high-school in Rodos (Rhodes), the only one that isn't occupied by its students yet. Undercover policemen arrested later on 3 kids (2 of them school students), 16,17 and 18 years old, who are facing prosecution for capital crime offences!
Also with prosecutions are threatened dozens of students that are parts of the last wave of school occupations throughout the country (more than 400 school according to the teachers association). In Thessaloniki and Karditsa, the new state attorney Dimitris Papageorgiou threatened students, parents and teachers that "occupation is a criminal offence"*, asking the two last ones to put pressure on the students, while another 30 year old faces a jury for vandalism at an occupied school in Kalamata.
* According to article 334 of the penal code "for disruption and disturbance of the normal function of a public service" implemented on ocupations, and relatively, it is a penal misdeed for the parent not to prevent students from these actions...
