In a demonstration of a few hundred mostly students that clashed with the police line outside the congress, throwing stones and paints, the cops injured few persons and arrested and beaten one. After an intervention of students and professors, he was left free, while the cops stated they were just "protecting him from the antiauthoritarians"...
